The premium, shade-grown and hand-picked, coffees we source carry the unique flavors and accents of their region. They also carry the energy of the farming communities who so lovingly and and painstakingly produced these amazing beans! With this in mind, we are always focused on offering a cup of coffee that is heavily nuanced and wonderfully complex. To help achieve these goals, we roast the beans of each region separately and often at more than one temperature. All of our blends and even single origins are hand blended after roasting. We are focused on bringing the maximum amount of balanced, flavor ranges to the forefront, without loosing our legendary smoothness.
Our air roasting technology removes the burnt by-products found in other coffees by separating the chaff from our top-grade green beans as they tumble around on a fluid bed of hot air. This ensures an even roast with a clean bean finish that we have fine-tuned over the years to create our legendarily smooth coffee blends; including our signature, Super Dark Roast Fogbuster. Using USDA Organic and Fair Trade USA certified green beans from around the world, we are proud to be part of the one percent of roasters using air roasting technology. True to our roots, Fogbuster Coffee Works continues to craft small batches of the highest-quality coffee; sourced ethically to support communities and our planet.
