We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, so we are here to help make it right!
Our friendly customer service can be reached by email at orders@fogbustercoffee.com or call us Monday through Friday 9-4 at 413-774-2100. If we can't answer your call, please leave a message with any issues. When calling, please leave your name, order number, and a short message so we can gather your information before we return your call. If you receive the incorrect product we will, of course, work with you on an exchange.
We ask that you call us within 72 hours of realizing your order is not satisfactory. Requests for returns or exchanges after 72 hours may not be honored, due to our required Food Safety and Organic procedures.
If your order arrives damaged, call us immediately so we can start a claim with the shipping company. Please snap a quick picture of the box and packaging, so we have proof for the shipping company to fulfill the claim. We will work with you and the shipping company to replace the product as quickly as we can. If it is a USPS order, please call your local post office and start the claim as they require the recipient to file the claim. This is their policy, and we apologize for the inconvenience and will help to assist you as well.
