The Air Roasted Advantage
We are part of the 1% of roasters in the world that air roast their coffee. The air roasting technique fully removes the outer casing of the beans, also known as the "chaff," which is left behind in traditional roasting practices. The chaff is then recycled and repurposed. Without the ash of the chaff in your beans, you get a cleaner, smoother coffee. This also results in a less acidic brew, leading to better gut health.
