Order Processing
At Fogbuster Coffee Works, we take pride in roasting our coffee to order, providing you with a hyper-fresh product. This means that every item is made specifically for you, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. Our standard processing time is typically within 48 hours from the time you order, Monday through Friday. Weekend orders will be processed Monday and Tuesday.
Shipping and Delivery Times
For all orders we offer a standard flat rate $5 shipping fee. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our trusted delivery partners. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Upgraded Shipping: 2-5 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
We ask that any changes to your order are received within an hour from your original confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.
