Medium Roast Coffee
Medium roast coffee, is at times called the "Goldie-Locks Zone" of flavor. It's not too light and it's also not too dark. Flavor-wise, this is the point where a little more smokiness might appear, but the over arching notes seem to exist more in the realm of earthy, nutty, cocoa, toffee etc. Our air roasted, medium roast coffees, are beyond smooth, overly nuanced and dearly loved.
