Pumpkin Lovers Unite with Fogbuster Coffee Works
In a time of year where everything “goes to the pumpkins” for me this isn’t a season but more a lifestyle. I was so happy to find Fogbuster Coffee Works recently and find out that they offer Pumpkin Spice coffee year-round. No one will ever understand the excitement that I had when their marketing director told me about this! I was already so amped up about the package and then I found out that not only was Sleepy Hollow (the pumpkin spice blend) comes in K-Cup AND ground. We recently upgraded our Keurig to the system that has the pot and single dispenser for coffee. If you know, you know… We are the husband and wife team that one prefers the pot of coffee while one prefers the single cups. I am the cup girlie. I don’t have all morning to wait on that entire pot when I can make it cup by cup and this new Keurig has the “strong” function, so that’s where we are most days.
Anyway, back to Fogbuster Coffee Works– When the package arrived it was late in the day, and I wanted a cup so bad I could almost taste the pumpkin spice goodness. None has come to local shelves, and I have missed it so much no one could even understand. When the following morning arrived, I felt like I was embarking on one of my best days ever.
This coffee did not disappoint. It was the perfect amount of coffee and pumpkin spice. It was a cup of pure heaven (side note: thank you guys for the mug too!!). This was the piece of heaven I needed to begin my day, and I am highly impressed with the strength. I did add some creamer but only because I love the milky taste in my coffee, but I know this would be awesome with or without.
Next I want to talk about the Nitro Cold Brew– In my experience these types of coffee drinks have been way too strong. To the point of being overpowering. I was greatly impressed with the flavor, especially the Salted Caramel!
We are absolutely having some of the best weather I have seen in awhile. The sky has been blue, lower humidity and daytime highs not hitting much above the mid 80s. This is perfect in the mornings to sit on my porch, reflect over the day ahead, make plans, read emails and just “be” on our own little spot of the world.
I could easily become obsessed over the Nitro Cold Brew because I feel like they are just the right amount of kick to jumpstart the day, especially busy ones like I have been having lately with getting back into blogging, freelance writing and of course our homeschool year getting ready to begin. The mom-fuel that so many of us need.
All in all I have not found anything about Fogbuster Coffee Works that I don’t like and we will happily keep the pumpkin spice flowing in the Keurig. I can’t wait to share the ground with some guests who are also pumpkin spice obsessed.
I love family-owned business and those that choose to stay loyal to their beginnings. This whole collaboration has been a win win for me and I hope that my readers will take some time to give this coffee a shot.
